Veteran Squads
We have junior, novice
and veteran squads, with new starters ranging from 15-19, 20’s,
30’s and 40’s. So
whether your just looking for fun with a casual commitment or your
aiming for Henley and the National Championships, we can accommodate
you. Regardless of your ability, everyone gets to row and has the
opportunity to compete.

Men’s Squad
The Loughborough Boat
club is actively seeking individuals to form part of the next men’s
elite squad. Loughborough’s top racing crews are expected to compete
at the highest level, therefore candidates should be ideally between
18 and 30, physical fit and have the necessary enthusiasm and
commitment to complete the required training. In return we’ll give
you coaching, competition and a rich social life.
Please note that an existing ability to row is not a
prerequisite. To arrange

Ladies Squad
Loughborough Boat Club
this year again proved the strength of its women’s squad with some
excellent performances at Henley Women’s and Royal Regattas, in
addition to a large number of impressive
wins at the best of the National competitions.
The training is intensive as would be expected of such a high
performing squad. To

Land based winter
training will be conducted on Tuesdays 6.30pm (Men) & 7.30 pm
(Ladies), Thursdays 6.30 pm (Ladies) 7.30pm (Men). Team water based
training occurs Tuesday/Thursday evenings, and 8.00am to 1.00 pm
Saturday/Sunday mornings. In
addition, early morning and evening sculling/ergo sessions are
typically scheduled Monday-Thursday.
